The NL Pure 10x42 are high-quality all-round binoculars that reveal their strengths particularly in mountain environments. With 10x magnification, the binoculars identify many details even at long distances with a comparatively low weight. In combination with a 42 mm objective lens diameter, they strike the perfect balance of high magnification, large field of view, and detailed images. This combination makes the binoculars ideal companions for observing at twilight or on cloudy days.

For distortion-free images, SWAROVSKI OPTIK has also opted for the SWAROVISION technology for the NL Pure 10x42. The innovative field flattener lenses offset the lens curvature to provide razor-sharp images.
Brief description of the SWAROVISION technology
The key feature of the ground-breaking SWAROVISION technology is the field flattener lenses which offset the curvature of the field of view and provide edge sharpness. This means the complete image stays sharp from the middle of the field of view all the way to the edges. There is no need to refocus if your eye moves in the image, you can immediately see every detail in absolute clarity. The special coating on the lenses in combination with the inert gas filling ensures color fidelity.
The NL Pure series
The binoculars in the NL Pure series offer an enormous field of view all the way to the edges. Thanks to the wasp waist, each optical device sits ergonomically in your hand, making it a trusted companion even over extended periods of use. The amazing quality provided by SWAROVISION and the field flattener lenses guarantees precise and razor-sharp images with no distortion.
Unbelievable how sharp and clear you can observe the flora and fauna
Sharpness and clarity excellent, comfort of use superb would not find a better pair of binoculars. Packaging and delivery also first class.
The expectations were fully met. The universal applicability convinced me.
Great binoculars, but . . . Despite claims on brightness and clarity, the Ziess Victroy HT and SF are brighter and clearer, and I do not agree with claims that the Swarovski are clearer out to the edge of the field of view than the Zeiss. As a result, the much higher cost is not warranted - if I was harder pressed to make this price point I would be very unhappy. The eye cup adjustment is strange with "almost stops" from too little to too much length requiring too much fiddling to get it just right. I doubted the claim about the better balance in the hand, but strangely find it true. So, yes, great binoculars, but not a great value.
